yogurtfruit is…

a temporal platform in which artists/practitioners from different disciplines are invited to come together - to work, play and learn from each other.

Why organise such a platform?

By letting interactions unfold slowly over time, practitioners will hopefully discover essential similarities and vital differences in their practices, as well as develop a greater awareness of the ecologies in which these practices are situated.

Ultimately, yogurtfuit hopes to foster an artistic culture that values rigorous process over product, and synergy over silos.

What does that mean?

There are no concrete outcomes intended from yogurtfruit, either individually or collectively. Instead, what is valued is simply presence and openness, and the only requirement is for some degree of documentation, which can take any/multiple forms.

In practical terms, yogurtfruit is an opportunity to spend a week together with other artists, and to take fun very seriously!
